BYBA Training Day 8th February
The British Youth Band Association held the latest in their list of training days on 8th February at the Headquarters of Warwick Youth Band.
The event was hosted by Barbara Leach , The Training Co Ordinator for BYBA and was attended by two members from The Comets, with the emphasis being on recruiting and retaining members.
There was a lot learned during the day both from BYBA and interaction between the attending bands. We are now looking at planning to put the strategies in place that we have learnt.
